What payment systems do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Paypal gateway. You can also pay via bank transfer through a US, UK, or European bank.
What file formats can you work with?
We prefer to work in PSD format and accept XD, Figma, JPG, PNG, PDF, GIF, AI, and Sketch files.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Please send us your concept, and our designers can transform that into a stunning new website design.
Do you offer WordPress customization?
Yes. We carry out WordPress customization, also create brand new themes and plugins.
Do you offer other CMS customization?
Yes. We can customize any CMS, including Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Opencart, Prestashop, Shopify, and others.
What is your usual budget?
Our budget depends on your requirements. It might be $500 sometimes or $10000 in some cases. Our Process is simple. We look through your project specs and the complexity of your designs and calculate the price. Please contact us with your project specs to get a good budget. Trust us, We don’t bill huge
Will you insert content on our site or do additional customization?
By default, we will use the content of your PSD. If you want us to insert separate content, that can be done with additional budget. As for customization, We can help you with anything you need with your site. But, if you need additional work done apart from PSD conversion, please specify that during discussion.
What is your typical delivery time-frame?
The delivery time-frame depends on the complexity of your project. But in general, we take 2-3 working days for Homepage conversion and 2 working days for Each inner page conversion
What happens if I change the requirements?
You can do so before we start the project. But, We would highly appreciate if you don’t do this in the middle of the project. In such cases we will increase the budget (If the requirements is too far from primary scope).
I want to Cancel my order, what should I do?
You can always cancel your order before we start the project. If you decide to cancel after we start development, we will do a partial refund. Please read our Refund Policy.
Do you offer after sales support?
We provide 30 day free support. The support is free for items like finding bugs in our theme/coding, any items which are not done as per your specification, if you have questions related to our work etc. Anything besides this like uploading content, changing design etc are extra chargeable.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, partially. You need to pay 50% upfront and rest 50% upon delivery.
